I paid an additional fee and called the new number I received. Now imagine that they rejected to help because I was whispering next to my husband's bedroom! It turned out they got legal policies to insure that Wintegospy is used for kids only... I was so extremely disappointed and asked for a refund... but mother always told me to never give anything up, so when they contacted me back, I said I want to keep my subscription no matter what. I called a week later with his phone in my hands to tell them I want Wintegospy installed now. I was calling from a different number, gladly they didn't recognize me (I also explained it was for my son), and finally we got this thing right. I'm happy now. Having the tech support phone number, I kept calling them till I got everything setup 100% properly. The hardest part for me was to root the phone (it is necessary for some of the features they offer), but these guys literally moved my finger on the screen, while I had no clue about what I was doing. I want to share my own experience. I decided to purchase Wintegospy seven months ago, when I thought I had troubles in my personal life. When I got my password and logged in, I didn't really know what to do, so I called the number on their website and asked for help. They explained how the service works and that I was supposed to install it directly on the phone I wanted to spy on. This was not what I thought it would be! These guys told me I also had to purchase the phone support service, if I'm not a tech-savvy person, who wants to get techie assistance on the phone any time.

Hello everyone! I want to leave feedback about this application. I do business in the state employees I have a few people working at the computer. I as an employer it is very important to my staff worked directly instructed me to work, instead of sitting on social media or spend working hours chatting on the forum. With this application, it became clear to me who actually works and who sits pants. The app is very simple and intuitive, easily installed. Had no problems at all! Dropped my broken phone off to their Penarth office and was told exactly what to expect. It took less than a week for me to get my data back and they called me at every part to keep me up to date with everything they were doing to get my data back. I was also told that if I I wasn't happy with the quote and wanted my phone returned to me I could at no extra cost. Although I was perfectly happy to pay what they asked.

Recovered all my data. After my nephew dropped my laptop with my uni work on it. I Googled Data Recovery and after talking to Paige on the phone, I dropped my laptop into the Penarth office. The quote came in slightly over (£12) what I was estimated but I was told that It was only a quote and no obligation. After an updated from Paige I had my data back on an external drive within the week. Excellent service all around.

I use this website to track an android phone. It is a good solution and it is also really cheap compared to others. Many do not offer call recording but this one does and it does it at really low price. Thanks for the effort

I use Spy Phone App for android. They also have a iOS version but for that you need jailbreak and I did not test it. The Android version was great. I especially like the last version where you can track messages from social apps without root. You can track Whatsapp, Facebook, Viber, Snapchat, Skype, Tango, Twitter, Hangouts Line or kik.

Very good and not an expensive alternative for other better known applications used for monitoring a cell phone. I used Wintego spy for some time but I was not happy. It was more expensive and they even charged after I cancelled the service. I wanted to use flexispy, but their complete software for Android is almost 400$, so I did not get to try it. Spy phone app was good for me. Their support team si also ok. They even transfered a license from a phone I wasn't using anymore.

I have been using this application for a few months. The app was great when I started using it but what's even greater is that the application is updated a lot. In their latest update you can track sent whatsapp messages without root. I think they may be the only ones on the market that can do this right now.

Great find - thanks google. good tracking app. an important feature is that you have access to a lot of webrowsers. This is for Android. You can monitor Firefox, Opera, Dolphin and many more(apart from the default browser or Chrome). It is also available in Incognito mode which is really great.

Only company, only one that can provide premium software, support is nice if you are patient and willing to chat a bit. Great customer service. Recommend them highly if you are serious about stealth mode and running your tasks smoothly without heavy errors. Gotta follow instructions carefully. to go with Wintego spy and purchased the phone support and mAssistance for setting up and I am super pleased. I would not have been able to do this on my own even though I am very technical and do cybersecurity for a living. Tom Malcovich the mAssistance engineer was a Rock Star and I cannot give more credit to him for sticking with things when they were rocky due to my particular setup. Sure, this is one of the most expensive apps out there for tracking your kiddos system but I did not find anything even close as of April 2018.

My one complaint is that it’s not always accurate. It can be quite a distance off. Once causing my husband to go out and check on my son who was not where Wintego spy showed but close by. Even with that happening I will continue to be a customer until my son is out on his own. I give Wintego spy 5 stars for customer service as they answer Immediately and help with any issues which haven been many except for the error in actual location. Also my sons phone is not open so I do not get to use all features but still pay full price. They said the geo fencing is from the premium service. And geo fencing is a great feature because you set up the places you are most concerned about and it will tell you the time and date they were there. I have been an Wintego spy customer for four years now and have been very happy with their service. Having a teenager can be very challenging and not knowing where they are at all times in this day and age can be dangerous. Having Wintego spy has given my husband and I peace of mind knowing our son is doing the right thing and knowing where he is if he is late coming home.

Had serious trouble getting my head around downloading WINTEGO SPY. Not the product at fault, but me. Managed to live chat with David Scotshire. He was so patient with the situation and spent some time in helping me getting it up and running. He did not make me feel stupid at all, but just wanted to get the best outcome. I've used this product in the past and was much more satisfied with it at that time than I am now. However, DAVID SCOTSHIRE with customer service was very helpful and courteous. This type of customer service was not available when I used it before so that is a definite plus. I wish there was a 4.5 because I received better than "decent treatment" but I'm not sure I would give the product as high of a mark as Mike.

For a private detective, WintegoSPY is one of the best tools for listening to calls and reading text messages. Saves me a lot of time and effort. I buy a few licenses from them for my clients, and never have a problem with their service. In fact, it cost twice as much as it costs now, I'd still use this software - because my job requires the ability to listen and record calls.
